Ability to read, write and interpret blueprints, instruction manuals and reports. Must be deadline driven. Ability to communicate with management, shop personnel, and manufacturing. A desire to work in the firearms industry.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of machine shop operations, knowledge of Auto-Cad, proficiency with SolidWorks and 3D modeling.

Experience:
|
|
Minimum of 5 years experience in small mechanical device design and development. Must have practical, hands-on professional experience in the field of mechanical design engineering. Experience in materials and manufacturing processes for mechanical devices and small mechanical parts and/or mechanical components.
