Description:

Selected candidate will be responsible for driving and performing IC circuit design tasks required for new product design and development.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of new products by designing integrated circuit solutions to meet the requirements as defined by the IC design goal specifications and product data sheets.
- Provide circuit analysis worse case reports using design tools to capture schematics and perform simulations with best practice methodologies.
- Aid with new product design activities through product release to production.
- Participate as a member of the new product selection committee.
- Participate in implementing systems for the continuous improvement in the efficiency of new product development efforts, including a circuit design knowledge database and the development of model libraries and design re-use systems.
- Must be willing to mentor and consult providing leadership within and outside their team to designers at all levels of experience

Skills:
|
|
Expert understanding of transistor level aspects of Analog CMOS IC design including mixed signal circuits with high digital content using CMOS, BiCMOS and BCD technologies. Technical expertise in state of the art circuits using switch capacitor techniques, digital signal processing and systems simulation methods. Solid experience in product design and development with a proven track record for design completion resulting in subsequent release to production. Possess a leadership presence with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A strong technical acumen with problem solving skills

Education:

BSEE required, advanced technical degree preferred |
|

Experience:
|
|
Minimum 8 years of experience in IC, preferably power IC, design and engineering
