A working knowledge of ES and Corporate Policies and Procedures and ITAR is required, as well as knowledge of ES product lines, customers and USG regulations. Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years experience in Law, Export or Contracts Management or a related field covering a variety of different types of licenses and agreements. Applicants must have good verbal, written and presentation skills.
Responsible for administering a business area to ensure the required USG approvals are obtained to support ES International marketing and contracts initiatives. Duties include advising program and contracts personnel on export control requirements, providing guidance, ensuring compliance with export control laws, submitting and managing applications to the Department of State and Commerce and maintaining a database to enable prompt retrieval of status information and efficient management of the process. Duties will also include handling export jurisdiction and classification projects as required to support various business divisions.
